A series of theatrical figures referring to nymphs, exotic goddesses, and heavenly visions shaped in an original manner, cut masterly out of paper so as to create puzzling forms and unique costumes.
The artist says about her work:
''Anyone wishing to travel through a secret fairytale, all they need to do is close their eyes and see underneath their eyelids. This way keeps the first impression and avoids interpretation.
In my hands a wrinkled piece of paper crossing the ''borders'' ; a living forest acquiring royal postures, disguises into a woman, an archetype female authority, untraceable, multitalented and multi-traveled. A complex self speaking about the mysteries of the world, for all the breaths she has spread in existence.
These women out of paper have fire inside their heads and walk amongst us with their qualities invisible.
I multiply with them and blow-up myself.
A tiny 'paper big-bang' fills the room up.
The forest now inhabits my palms together with glues and colors.
I open my eyelids into the everyday world, say farewell to women departing,
Taking with them imprints, leaving new maps at the edge of fingertips.''
