On Tuesday the 9th of November at ASTROLAVOS artlife art gallery opens an exhibition of Theodoros Stamos paintings.
There are some especial works of his first period (the 40' decade of gouache and oil, which have biomorphical shapes spread.

Some others are from later periods with never ending fields and with accounts to specific places. A painting made of oil of 1948 with the title Kassandra, certainly makes the greatest impression as it is the only work that was made during a short trip of him in Greece before his final settlement and it is characteristic for its synthetic strength and its mysticism as far as the colors are concerned.

A small exhibition of characteristic and very important works by Stamos outlines the great Greek artist who lived and worked beyond the Greek borders. Works from different period of the artist's work are presented in the exhibition.

Duration of the exhibition: until 4th of December.
