On Thursday 30th of September in the Art Gallery ASTROLAVOS artlife the opening of a photography exhibition by the artist Nassos Daphnis, will take place.

The very important Greek painter of the Diaspora, Nassos Daphnis, has shown a great interest in horticulture, which was factual expressed through the organic shapes in his action paintings. His worship in plants and his continuous attempts to intervene factual on these through cultivations and crosses, conduced to create the Daphnis hybrids, namely his own group of flowers.

Daphnis is a masterly conjectural photographer who has impressed the object of his worship through this colored shoot with nearly plans, wherewith he managed to personate these incredible flower diversities which he created and designated with Greek names.

The exhibition is part of the 11th International Month of Photography, Athens 2004.
